Dez Bryant is making a move off the field but it has nothing to do with the accusations that he assaulted his mother in a domestic situation.

Rainer Sabin of the Dallas Morning News reports Bryant has decided to sever ties with agent Drew Rosenhaus. The Dallas Cowboys receiver is reportedly going to return to agent Eugene Parker, who he was with originally when he entered the draft out of Oklahoma State.

Bryant had ditched Parker for Rosenhaus in December. He’s not the first player to make that move. Former Pro Bowl defensive tackle Tommie Harris went back-and-forth between the agents.

“We are aware of it,” Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones told Rabin. “He did make us aware of that he was probably going to switch.”

Bryant’s unfortunately made more noise off the field than on. Hopefully, that will change in the very near future. Whatever agent Bryant employs can only do so much. It's up to the player to take ownership of his actions.
