Report: Giants-Vikings moved to Monday night
The NFL isn’t going to push back the start time of the New York Giants-Minnesota Vikings game on Sunday at the Metrodome.
The game, it turns out, will be moved to Monday night, according to Judd Zulgad of the Minneapolis Star Tribune. That means there will be two games on Monday night with the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans the regularly scheduled game that night.
A major snowstorm is pounding the Twin Cities, and the Giants are stuck in Kansas City for the night. They were scheduled to depart for Minnesota at 8 a.m. Sunday. There are believed to be concerns about snow accumulating on the roof of the Metrodome. Now, they can handle the snow and the Giants will not have to race to get there on Sunday.
