Report: Incognito to remain on suspended list
Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito will remain suspended for the remainder of the season as the NFL keeps investigating the Dolphins' workplace after offensive tackle Jonathan Martin alleged he was bullied by Incognito, according to ESPN.
Although NFL rules dictate that Incognito's suspension was supposed to end after Sunday's game, the Dolphins and Incognito reached an agreement in November to extend his suspension with pay for the rest of the season.
Otherwise, the Dolphins would have had to cut or reinstate Incognito.
There is no deadline for Ted Wells to complete his investigation, according to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.
Neither Incognito or Martin, who's on the non-football illness list and has sought counseling since leaving the team, are expected to play for the Dolphins again.
Incognito is a pending free agent.
