Report: Manning decision made weeks ago
According to a report from Jason La Canfora from NFL Network says the Indianapolis Colts have already made their decision regarding Peyton Manning's future.
And the team is expected to move on. If that is accurate, it's really not much of a surprise since the Colts now have a new coach in Chuck Pagano, a new GM in Ryan Grigson an appear to be heading toward a major rebuild with Stanford QB Andrew Luck the centerpiece of that overhaul.
The remarks Manning made earlier, which basically said the Colts facility no longer feels like home, looks like it is about to be true, as the veteran could be on the verge of finding a new home shortly after March 8 when the Colts are expected to decline his $28 million roster bonus.
UPDATE: Colts owner Jim Irsay took to his Twitter feed to deny that the decision had already been made. Of course, even if it already has, Irsay isn't going to say that now.
