Report: Rams receive permission to meet with Snead, DeCosta
The St. Louis Rams are working to zero in on Jeff Fisher as their next head coach while they run a concurrent search for their next general manager.
According to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the Rams have received permission to meet with two candidates involved with playoff teams. The Rams will meet with Atlanta’s Les Snead and Baltimore’s Eric DeCosta. Both men have the title of director of player personnel with their current teams, and both are attractive because the Falcons and Ravens have a track record for strong drafts.
Both could wind up being in play for the Chicago Bears and Indianapolis Colts as well, clubs that are also looking for a GM.
