Report: Texans' Williams could have torn pectoral muscle

Houston Texans star linebacker Mario Williams will have an MRI on Monday to determine the extent of his injured pectoral muscle.

Peter King reported on the NBC pre-game show that the fear is that Williams, the first overall pick in the 2006 NFL Draft, has torn the muscle and could miss two months.

If so, that could be a tremendous blow to a Texans team that is currently tied with Tennessee atop the AFC South, despite Sunday's 25-20 loss to the Oakland Raiders.
