Report: Tom Brady will take case to federal court if he's suspended for any games
As New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady awaits a decision from NFL commissioner Roger Goodell of his four-game suspension for his alleged role in Deflategate, a legal challenge could be coming.
If Brady is suspended for any games, according to ABC, the NFL Players Association would challenge the ruling in federal court.
Brady could seek a preliminary injunction to be allowed to play while the case is pending.
It's also possible Dallas Cowboys defensive end Greg Hardy could challenge his four-game suspension that was reduced by Harold Henderson from an original 10 games.
