Rex Ryan cleans out his office, expects to be fired
New York Jets coach Rex Ryan expects to be fired and has been cleaning out his office, according to multiple reports.
The Jets are 3-12.
Jets owner Woody Johnson is expected to fire Ryan and possibly general manager John Idzik.
Charley Casserly has been reaching out to potential head coach and general manager candidates on hehalf of the Jets.
Casserly could be joined by Ron Wolf as a consultant for the Jets.
Even the Jets' team website has turned critical, writing: "Johnson will ultimately decide if Idzik remains the right man to lead a football department in 2015."
