Rex Ryan says he'll build a bully, predicts playoffs for Bills

Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan hasn't lost his bold nature.

During his introductory press conference, Ryan said he'll "build a bully" in Buffalo and guranteed the Bills would make the playoffs.

"I'm not going to let our fans down," Ryan said. "I'm not going to do that. I know it's been 15 years [since Bills reached the playoffs]. Well, get ready. We're going. We are going to build a bully and we're gonna see if you want to play it for 60 minutes."

The Bills finished fourth in the NFL last season in total defense.

"Fourth in the league was probably a little disappointing," Ryan said. "I know we'll lead the league in defense."
