RG3: Jordan Reed to miss Jags game

As a rookie, Robert Griffin III was able to dodge defenders before running down the field for big gains.

On Wednesday, when asked a question about the status of the team, Griffin decided not to dodge it and gave an honest answer.

Asked on a conference call with the Jacksonville media whether Washington tight end Jordan Reed will suit up against Jaguars this Sunday, Griffin said he wouldn't be able to.

It's obviously a big loss since Reed is a target that can help control the middle of the field in Washington's favor. Logan Paulsen will step up into that No. 1 tight end role as a result and RG3 will likely need to rely even more so on Pierre Garcon and DeSean Jackson instead.
