Richie Incognito files grievance against Dolphins

Indefinitely suspended offensive guard Richie Incognito has filed a grievance against the Miami Dolphins.

Incognito is indefinitely suspended for conduct detrimental to the team stemming from his alleged bullying of teammate Jonathan Martin, who was allegedly the recipient of a racially-charged voice mail from Incognito.

Incognito has been suspended since Nov. 3 and the NFL is investigating through lawyer Ted Wells.

If Incognito was suspended four games plus a game check, he would lose $1,276 million in salary.

The length of the suspension hasn't been announced.

Martin is set to meet with Wells on Friday. Incognito has said any hazing was normal locker room behavior and said Martin wrote him inflammatory texts as well.

Incognito has a history of misconduct on and off the field in the NFL and in college where he was kicked off the Nebraska and Oregon football teams.
