Rob Gronkowski apologizes for mocking Asian-American fan

Rob Gronkowski apologized for making jokes at the expense of an Asian-American man in attendance of a local event.

Gronkowski referred to the fan, wearing a Gronkowski jersey, as "Leslie Chow," a character from the film The Hangover. Gronkowski also said the man could cook fried rice. A video of this was posted on the website TMZ.

“I feel bad, personally,” Gronkowski said, via ESPNBoston.com. “I feel bad. I talked to [the fan] and he assured me he took no offense in any way. I know others did [take offense] and I apologize to those who took offense.”

Gronkowski called the fan a friend of his and said he told him he was not offended over the comments.
