Roger Goodell says Tom Brady appeal decision coming as soon as next week

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell says a decision on the appeal of New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady's four-game suspension "is coming soon." How soon? Goodell told CNBC that could happen as soon as early next week. Brady is appealing the suspension to Goodell, who arbitrated over the decision. Following the appeal, Brady's attorney, Jeffrey Kessler said: "I think we put on a very compelling case." Besides suspending Brady, the Patriots were fined $1 million and lost a 2016 first-round pick and a 2017 fourth-round pick.
