Morgan went undrafted out of Walsh University in 2011.
He was sidelined in 2011 and 2013 with injuries.
Morgan played in five games with two starts last season and caught four passes for 92 yards and had a 67-yard run.
In 19 career games, Morgan has averaged 33.6 yards per catch with 14 receptions for 471 yards and three touchdowns.
