San Diego State OT Darrell Greene visits Vikings, Chargers; works out for Browns, Eagles, Colts, 49ers, Texans

San Diego State offensive lineman Darrell Greene visited the Minnesota Vikings, and San Diego Chargers and has private workouts with the Houston Texans, Cleveland Browns, Philadelphia Eagles, Indianapolis Colts, and San Francisco 49ers, according to a league source. The 6-3, 321-pounder had started 25 consecutive games at right guard before last season. He's run the 40-yard dash in 5.2 seconds and bench pressed 225 pounds 28 times. He was suspended for six games by the NCAA last season for a positive drug test for marijuana, but came back to start he final seven games of the season as the Aztecs had a pair of 1,000-yard rushers. He was an honorable-mention All-Mountain West Conference selection. Greene plays the game with a mean streak and leg drive and is athletic.
