Say what? Victor Cruz denies wanting reality TV show
Something doesn’t add up here.
First, Victor Cruz, in rather significant detail, talks about his plans to start his own reality television show. Now, Cruz takes to Twitter and says that is a bunch of nonsense.
“This is truly God testing me for something much bigger. Never EVER doing a reality show. Nor am I in talks for one. #NYmediaboredom,” Cruz wrote on his Twitter account.
Media boredom? What was Cruz possibly meaning when he told the New York Daily News about his show?
“It is going to be something that is very unique to me and very unique to what I like, and like to do,” Cruz told the newspaper. “We are still fielding some requests, so we will see how it goes — the timing has to be right, and I have got to squeeze in some training in there before the season starts.”
Maybe someone got to Cruz after the story was published and explained what a bad idea it would be to have a show? Or maybe this got crossed up some other way. But blaming the media? Come on.
