Scoreboard at Raymond James Stadium catches fire
It’s a shame the Tampa Bay Buccaneers could not light up the scoreboard this past season.
If they had, Raheem Morris and his entire staff probably would not have been run out of town.
But the scoreboard at Raymond James Stadium caught fire early this morning, according to the Tampa Tribune. Passing motorists called 911 to report the scoreboard was in flames, according to the report.
Fire officials responded and put out the blaze, which was coming from the speaker system above the scoreboard at the north end of the stadium. There was no report of injuries.
