The Seattle Seahawks have claimed quarterback/wide receiver Isaiah Stanback off waivers from the New England Patriots.

Stanback was used at both positions by the Patriots and it is believed that he’ll focus on wide receiver for the Seahawks. He played in six games for New England last season, making three receptions and also appearing on special teams.

Stanback spent the previous two seasons with the Dallas Cowboys. He wasn’t the only ex-Patriot claimed. Mike Reiss of ESPN Boston reported that linebacker Bruce Davis was claimed by the Denver Broncos.
