Seahawks place Marshawn Lynch on reserve-retired list

The Seattle Seahawks placed veteran running back Marshawn Lynch on the reserve-retired list, officially ending his NFL career barring unforeseen circumstances. Lynch was a four-time Pro Bowl selection. He announced his retirement intentions during the Super Bowl. In six seasons with Seattle, he rushed for 6,347 yards and 57 touchdowns. Now, Beast Mode is in retirement mode. The Seahawks' running backs include Thomas Rawls, Christine Michael, C.J. Prosise, Alex Collins and Zac Brooks.
