Sebastian Janikowski signed to four-year extension

Oakland Raiders kicker Sebastian Janikowski was rewarded for his strong leg and accuracy today.

The Raiders signed him to a four-year contract extension worth a total of $19 million, including the final year of a $3.8 million base salary of his original four-year, $16 million, and includes $8 million guaranteed in 2013 and 2014.

He's now under contract through the 2017 season.

Janikowski connected on 91.2 percent of his tries last season, converting every kick from under 50 yards.

For his career, Janikowski has 80.6-percent accuracy.
