Source: Ben Tate out for a month with sprained knee

Cleveland Browns starting running back Ben Tate has a sprained knee and is out for up to a month, according to a team source.

Tate got hurt against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

With Tate sidelined, rookies Terrance West and Isaiah Crowell will carry the workload.

West rushed for 100 yards last week.

Crowell scored a pair of touchdowns.
