Source: Bengals try out Marcus Dixon, three other defensive linemen

The Cincinnati Bengals are still looking for assistance on the defensive line following All-Pro defensive tackle Geno Atkins' season-ending knee injury.

The Bengals tried out four defensdive linemen on Monday, according to a league source.

That included former Dallas Cowboys, New York Jets and Kansas City Chiefs defensive end Marcus Dixon, former Houston Texans and Pittsburgh Steelers defensive lineman Ra'Shon Harris, former Chicago Bears defensive tackle Zach Minter, and former Bears defensive end Aston Whiteside.

Whiteside was signed to the Bengals' practice squad.
