Source: Browns work out, sign linebacker Moise Fokou

The Cleveland Browns have signed veteran linebacker Moise Fokou after a successful workout, according to a league source. Fokou has previous stints with the Philadelphia Eagles, Indianapolis Colts, Tennessee Titans and New Orleans Saints. Fokou, 29, is  a 2009 Eagles seventh-round draft pick from Maryland. A transfer from Frostburg State, Fokou had 77 tackles, 12 for losses and five sacks in his final season for the Terps and played in the Senior  Bowl Fokou was a starter for the Eagles as a rookie in four games and had 39 tackles. Traded to the Colts in 2012 along with linebacker Greg Lloyd, Fokou was acquired in exchange for Kevin Thomas and a conditional seventh-round draft pick.
