The Indianapolis Colts have signed veteran wide receiver and kick returner Josh Cribbs, according to a league source.

Cribbs worked out for the Colts last week.

Cribbs was with the New York Jets last year.

Since being released by the Cleveland Browns, the three-time Pro Bowl selection joined the Oakland Raiders before being released. He met with the New York Giants, Jets, Detroit Lions and Arizona Cardinals.

Cribbs has 11 career touchdowns on kick returns.
