Source: Lions work out TE Cornelius Ingram
The Detroit Lions kicked the tires on tight end Cornelius Ingram today, bringing him in for a tryout, according to a league source.
A fifth-round draft pick by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2009 out of Florida, Ingram has been plagued by knee issues, but is a talented player.
He isn’t the only player the Lions looked at. They also worked out tight end Madaris Grant and linebackers John Kerr and Marcus Waugh.
