Source: Marshall corner Darryl Roberts visited Chiefs, worked out for 49ers, Packers
Marshall cornerback Darryl Roberts visited the Kansas City Chiefs this week, according to a league source.
Roberts has had private workouts for the San Francisco 49ers and the Green Bay Packers.
At his Pro Day workout, Roberts had a 4.36 and a 4.39 in the 40-yard dash, a 39-inch vertical leap, an 11-1 broad jump, bench pressed 225 pounds 23 times with a 4.08 short shuttle and a 6.66 three-cone drill
Roberts had 75 tackles, 3.5 for losses, an interception and a forced fumble last season.
The Lakeland, Fla., native finished his career with 121 tackles, 10.5 for losses, five interceptions and one sack.
Roberts was also recruited by Purdue, Texas Tech, Kansas State and North Carolina.
