Source: Packers sign Mike Daniels to four-year, $42 million extension

The Green Bay Packers have signed defensive end Mike Daniels to a four-year, $42 million contract extension, according to a league source. The deal includes $22 million in the first 15 months. He got a $12 milion signing bonus. Daniels is now the third-highest paid 3-4 defensive end. The former Iowa standout has 117 career tackles and 18 sacks in four NFL seasons.
