Source: Saints corner Keenan Lewis has hip surgery

New Orleans Saints cornerback Keenan Lewis underwent hip surgery and is out for four to six weeks, according to a league source. Lewis has had hip problems throughout training camp. Lewis, 29, had started every game the past two seasons. The Saints' starting corners are Brandon Browner and Delvin Breaux and they added Sammy Seamster from the Dolphins off of waivers.
