Steelers retain Arthur Moats on three-year, $7.5 million deal

The Steelers have retained linebacker Arthur Moats on a three-year, $7.5 million contract. He played in every game, starting 10 and had four sacks, 23 tackles, four tackles for losses and two forced fumbles with one fumble recovery. Moats is a former Buffalo Bills sixth-round pick in 2010.
