Steve Spagnuolo understands the frustration of fans

Steve Spagnuolo says he doesn’t always hear the unsatisfied customers at the Edward Jones Dome.

The St. Louis Rams head coach has his headset on most of the time and says he can’t hear the boos that have been growing as this season spirals out of control. St. Louis is 2-9 in the awful NFC West and speculation is mounting that Spagnuolo will be ousted when the season is over.

The Rams lost at home to the Arizona Cardinals 23-20 on Sunday at home and the fans were heard in a loud way.

I'd rather have that than people not caring," Spagnuolo said, according to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. “I want to thank the fans for their passion, and I mean that sincerely. I know with that it goes both ways. Frustration and disappointment, and their reactions to that. I understand it. I get it.”
