Suh defends his play through another season lacking stats
A year ago, observers noted that Ndamukong Suh wasn’t playing like he did as a dominant rookie in 2010.
Those observes are wondering the same thing about the Detroit Lions defensive tackle this season.
Suh is coming off his first career game without a statistic – meaning he didn’t have a single tackle or assist last week in a victory at Jacksonville. But Suh doesn’t buy it, according to Anwar Richardson of MLive.com.
“If it was true, it would bug me," Suh said, according to Richardson. "But the key point in your question is recorded because the film never lies, and there's been a lot of games I've experienced that throughout this year. For whatever reason, I can't tell you that. You'll have to ask somebody else, but that's just the way the chips fell.
"In the stat book, I got no tackles. What I did on the field was a different story."
