Tate to start, Foster could sit for Texans
Ben Tate has looked good in two relief appearances for the Houston Texans, so it is no surprise that he is the likely starter when the team travels to New Orleans on Sunday.
Tate has gone over 100 yards coming off the bench first for Derrick Ward, who got the nod in the opener while Foster nursed his hamstring injury. Then, when Foster return last week, he re-aggravated his hamstring, opening the door once again for Tate to take the lead role.
According to the Sporting News, Tate is expected to make the start vs. the Saints while Foster continues to miss practice.
