Tebow makes season debut – as receiver
Those Broncos fans who are buying the billboard saying "Play Tim Tebow" got what they wanted on Sunday - sort of.
Tebow made his season debut for the Denver Broncos, but instead of replacing starting QB Kyle Orton on the field in a 24-22 win over Cincinnati, the former Heisman Trophy winner filled in as a slot receiver.
Tebow did not have any passes thrown his way, and was playing some at receiver because of an injury to Denver receiver Eddie Royal, according to the Denver Post.
