Terence Newman visited Vikings

The Minnesota Vikings hosted veteran free agent cornerback Terence Newman. Newman, 36, is extremely old for an NFL cornerback. Newman was drafted fifth overall by the Dallas Cowboys in 2003. Newman played for Vikings coach Mike Zimmer with the Cowboys and Cincinnati Bengals. Newman started 13 games last season and had one interception and 14 passes defended. Newman is expected to visit the New England Patriots, too. Follow me on Twitter: @RavensInsider Aaron Wilson covers the Ravens for The Baltimore Sun
