Terry Pegula in driver's seat to become Bills owner

Buffalo Sabres owner Terry Pegula is the frontrunner to become the Buffalo Bills' new owner.

According to the Buffalo News, the team is "Pegula's to lose."

Pegula created $1.75 billion by selling mineral leases in Ohio and West Virginia.

Pegula would keep the Bills in Buffalo.

Meanwhile, Bon Jovi's Toronto group is "unfocused and disorganized," according to the newspaper.
