Texans' Foster is 'game-time decision'

Houston Texans running back Arian Foster will be a "game-time decision," according to Coach Gary Kubiak on Friday.

Kubiak told the Houston Chronicle that similar to week one when Foster was inactive due to his balky hamstring, that he would not be active if he is not healthy enough to start.

Derrick Ward has already been declared out for the game, meaning that Ben Tate, who has come off the bench to run for 100 yards in each of his first two games, should get the start for the Texans against the Saints.
