Texans not happy Foster tweeted picture of MRI
Arian Foster's hamsting now has more than just his fantasy football owners concerned and weighing in on the subject.
On Aug. 31, Foster sent out a photo of the MRI of his injured hamstring, complete with a description, something that Texans general manager Rick Smith didn't seem too happy about when asked to comment by the Houston Chronicle, once the paper confirmed it actually was Foster's MRI.
“We are aware that Arian tweeted a picture of his MRI. It’s a violation of team policy to disclose medical information via social media and he is aware of that. We will handle this situation internally," Smith said.
ESPN took the liberty of having a doctor analyze the photo and determine that Foster might be out for three to four weeks.
Foster says he is already jogging and could be ready for the opener against the Colts. No Peyton Manning and perhaps no Arian Foster. Seems like this game is shaping up as a battle of attrition.
