Texans rookie Brandon Ivory arrested on burglary charges

Houston Texans rookie defensive tackle Brandon Ivory probably won't be with the AFC South franchise much longer. He was arrested and charged with first-degree burglary and jailed in the Tuscaloosa County jail on a $120,000 bond. Ivory and Nicholas Gerald Gibson III were charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, according to Tuscaloosa police. According to police, the two men kicked in the backdoor armed with an assault rifle and a knife, assaulting one victim and stealing cash and iPads. Ivory was signed as an undrafted free agent after starting at Alabama. "The Houston Texans are aware of the police report regarding DT Brandon Ivory in Tuscaloosa, Ala.," the Texans said in a statement. "At this time, we will have no further comment until we gather all of the relevant facts." Follow me on Twitter: @RavensInsider Aaron Wilson covers the Ravens for The Baltimore SUn
