Texans to appear on HBO's Hard Knocks program

The Houston Texans have been selected to appear on HBO's "Hard Knocks" television program that will chronicle their training camp. The Texans are the 10th NFL team to appear on the show. It will feature star defensive end J.J. Watt and a quarterback competition between Ryan Mallett and Brian Hoyer “We are thrilled to partner with HBO and NFL Films to give fans unprecedented access to our team and organization,” Texans owner Bob McNair said. “The Hard Knocks documentaries do a tremendous job of displaying how an NFL team prepare for the upcoming season.
