Titans re-sign center Fernando Velasco

The Tennessee Titans have re-signed center Fernando Velasco. They placed cornerback Brandon Harris on injured reserve with a torn anterior cruciate ligament. Velasco has played in 49 games for the Titans. He has also played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Carolina Panthers.
