Titans sign guard Deuce Lutui
Last week the Tennessee Titans visited with and voiced an interest in signing veteran guard Deuce Lutui, according to TitanInsider.com.
On Monday, the Titans went ahead and signed Lutui, who was released by the Seattle Seahawks in final cuts.
The move comes a day after Chris Johnson rushed for just four yards and the Titans were stifled all day on the ground by the New England Patriots in a 34-13 loss.
Lutui, who spent his career with the Arizona Cardinals before this season, may come in as a backup, but if the Titans continue to have issues on the interior, he could have a chance to move into the starting lineup. Right guard Leroy Harris been bothered by a knee injury and did not finish Sunday's game.
