Titans to cut Bernard Pollard

The Tennessee Titans plan to cut safety Bernard Pollard. That's something he asked for in January. The Titans have informed Pollard he'll be released, according to the Tennessean. Pollard ended last season on injured reserve with a torn Achilles. Pollard, 30, was due $3.1 million next season. Pollard voiced his displeasure when scouting executive Lake Dawson was fired, saying the wrong person had been fired. Now, he's on his way out of Tennessee.
