Viking sign J'Marcus Webb
The Minnesota Vikings have signed offensive tackle J'Marcus Webb.
Webb was signed following a tryout that included veteran offensive tackle Eric Winston on Tuesday.
The Vikings needed depth with Phil Loadholt out for the season.
Webb played eight games for the Vikings last year. He was a backup, starting once at right tackle.
Webb is a 6-foot-7, 333-pound former Chicago Bears seventh-round draft pick.
With the Bears, he started 44 games in three seasons before being released.
