Walking away from football, Brandon Lloyd appears in zombie movie

Former New England Patriots wide receiver Brandon Lloyd is pursuing a movie career since he's apparently no longer interested in playing football.

Lloyd is in a zombie movie with Daniel Baldwin called "After Effect" due to be released directly to DVD on Oct. 8. He plays the role of Sgt. Chuck Lloyd, according to IMDB.

In the movie, a group of students sign up for a research study that's actually a military experiment.

Lloyd has turned down opportunities to play in the NFL again.

Now, he's trying another mode of employment.
