Wes Welker plans on playing in 2015

Denver Broncos veteran wide receiver Wes Welker says he plans on playing next season and isn't contemplating retirement. "Just getting ready for 2015," Welker told The Denver Post. FOX Sports had reported previously that Welker was considering retirement. "Never ever came out of my mouth," Welker said. Welker is an unrestricted free agent whose two-year contract has expired. Welker has had issues with concussions. He caught 56 passes last season and turns 34 on May 1. Follow me on Twitter: @RavensInsider Aaron Wilson covers the Ravens for The Baltimore Sun
