Wes Welker probable for Sunday night showdown

It looks like Broncos receiver Wes Welker will be able to play against his former team on Sunday night.

Welker is listed as probable for this weekend's game against the Patriots, the team he spent most of his career with before deciding to head to Denver in free agency. He sustained a concussion in last week's win over Kansas City.

Welker and the Patriots did not end on good terms, making this a top storyline of the week. Welker has been able to produce at a high level with Denver like he did in New England, catching 61 passes for 648 yards and nine touchdowns so far this year.
