With the 11th pick, the Houston Texans select…
J.J. Watt, DE, Wisconsin
6-6, 292 pounds
Watt is a nice complement to Mario Williams as a five-tehcnique and brings a real no-nonsense type approach. He has the ability to consistently win vs. the run game and offers some versatility in nickel as well. However, I still think Cal DL Cameron Jordan would have been a better pick for the Texans.
