Panthers’ Pursuit of Perfection Continues to Dominate Secondary Market During Week 14
Week 14 of the NFL football season is here, and in terms of playoff positioning, what a week it will be. The Carolina Panthers look to keep their undefeated season alive when they host the Atlanta Falcons at Bank of America Stadium, which also serves as the most expensive game on the secondary market this week. Other top-priced games around the league include an AFC West showdown between the Oakland Raiders and Denver Broncos and a seminal game for both the Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers, who look to make considerable ground in their respective divisions with a win on Sunday. Check out the complete list of this week’s most expensive games below, according to TiqIQ: 12/13/15 Atlanta Falcons @ Carolina Panthers | Avg. Price: $274.23 | Get-in: $122 The streak continues in Charlotte on Sunday as the Panthers take on the struggling Falcons. With the NFC South wrapped up along with home field advantage throughout the playoffs, the Panthers are strictly playing for history and have been mentioned in the same breath as some of the greatest NFL teams all-time (a la the 2007 Patriots and 1972 Dolphins). With Cam Newton gunning for MVP and Luke Kuechly in serious consideration for Defensive Player of the Year, Panthers vs Falcons tickets to this Sunday’s game own an average price of $274.23 and the cheapest ticket available is $122. If traveling to the game from out of town, search Hipmunk.com for all your hospitality needs. Flights to Charlotte can be arranged from anywhere in the country while Charlotte hotels on Hipmunk start from $43. 12/13/15 Oakland Raiders @ Denver Broncos | Avg. Price: $240.13 | Get-in: $92 They may be without Peyton Manning for the time being, but the Broncos haven’t missed a beat with Brock Osweiler under center. They sit atop the AFC West at 10-2 and could clinch the division with a win over the 5-7 Raiders Sunday. Broncos vs Raiders tickets average $240.13 and the get-in price starts at $92. A victory would be the fourth straight for the Broncos. 12/13/15 Dallas Cowboys @ Green Bay Packers | Avg. Price: $239.40 | Get-in: $105 Don’t count the Cowboys out of the playoff race just yet. At 4-8 they reside in the cellar of the NFC East but are still well alive with the Redskins, Eagles and Giants all tied atop the division at 5-7. The Packers will have just as much on the line this Sunday when they host the Cowboys at Lambeau Field, as they are currently at a draw with the Vikings in the NFC North at 8-4 each. The average price for Packers vs Cowboys tickets is $239.40 and the get-in price is $105. 12/13/15 Pittsburgh Steelers @ Cincinnati Bengals | Avg. Price: $186.92 | Get-in: $82 Rounding out this week’s top games list is an AFC North battle between the Steelers and Bengals at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati on Sunday. At 10-2 the Bengals will hope to claim the division with a win over the 7-5 Steelers. Bengals vs Steelers tickets currently average $186.92 and the cheapest ticket is listed for $82. It won’t be an easy challenge for the Bengals, however, who will take on a Steelers team that has won three of its last four and fighting to take a Wild Card playoff spot in a sea of 7-5 AFC teams.
