The San Francisco 49ers placed linebacker NaVorro Bowman on the reserve physically unable to perform list and running back Marcus Lattimore on the reserve non-football injury list.
Both players are recovering from torn anterior cruciate ligaments.
Fullback Trey Millard, cornerback Keith Reaser and offensive guard Brandon Thomas were placed on the non-football injury list.
Tight end Garrett Celek and defensive tackle Kaleb Ramsey were placed on the reserve physically unable to perform list.
The 49ers cut quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson, safety D.J. Campbell, tight end Kevin Greene, running back Jewel Hampton, punter Colton Schmidt, linebacker Kion Wilson and wide receivers Devon Wylie and David Reed.
