Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez will be allowed to switch jails to one closer to Boston so he can see his lawyers on a more regular basis.
Hernandez is in jail after pleading not guilty to three murders.
Prosecutors didn't object to Hernandez moving from the Bristol County House of Correction to a jail closer to Boston.
Hernandez's lawyers have complained about the jail administration.
A change of venue may be applied for, too.
